I'm a twenty-something married mama in pursuit of having a happy, healthy family. I'm stubborn, blunt, sarcastic, and a little bit of a know-it-all... but in a very nice, loving way!

Hubs and I were married in January 2009, we live in the Seattle area, and had our first daughter May 2011. And girl #2 came in February 2013.

I'm Texan implanted into Seattle, a libertarian, and slightly overweight (but working on it!). I love movies (comedies, comic book heroes, epic tales). I love cooking, travelling, planning, labeling, organizing, and making messes.  I'm serious about my steaks (medium rare, salt and pepper. don't you dare put barbecue sauce on it.) and I went to school for Visual Media Production - which is a fancy way of saying I like to design things people are going to look at.

So. Do you like me? More importantly, are you interested in what I have to say? Regardless, I'm going to say it anyway.
